Providing Online Training

Online Training is using various means of communication to provide you with the results you are looking for.  


Whether you are training in a gym or are limited with equipment and working out at home, we can provide a training programme, nutritional guidance and lifestyle changes. 


What I be provided:


- Nutritional Information, packs and guidance

- Exercise Programme which can & will be updated regularly

- Healthy Recipes (that are not dry and tasteless!)

- Check-ins (via Call/Video Call/email/Message)

- Support on how to structure and implement nutrition and exercise.
