I work with a range of clients (from business entrepreneurs to students) to help them progress and achieve their health & fitness goals.

I look at helping you build knowledge and confidence in weight training.
My focus is on weight training as this is often the biggest area where most training mistakes are made. Many will either do no weight training or perform movements badly with improper form and technique. Especially those who are looking to lose body fat are most in need of weight training.
I work at rectifying these mistakes by showing you how to effectively perform these exercises and create a nutrition plan to complement the work you put into the gym/training.
