Personal Training is a premium experience that is designed to educate you through a tailored programme designed for your individual goals whether that be Fat loss, Muscle building, toning or sport performance based.
Coaching - We will be working together to ensure you have a safe experience around the gym, that you are able to perform exercises in the correct manner guiding you towards your end goal. This coaching can range from simple movements to advanced detail on the exercise and movements.
The Programme - The training programme will consist of select workouts using progressive overload designed to guide you towards your end goal.
Nutritional Coaching - I provide nutritional education to clients, helping to understand good nutrition, what to do to align your food and diet with your goals. I offer guidance in bettering diet habits and lifestyle as well as reasoning why we work on them and how the contribute towards your goal.
Informational handouts - Along with the personal training service, I support this with recipe ideas, eat out guides, focused nutritional info handouts as well as a nutrition E-book that I have personally written.
