NXT LVL is a brand new and unique, goal orientated, technique driven, group PT class.
We aim to develop your form and technique on various weight training based exercises, helping you to gain confidence in training and in yourself.
By frequently attending the sessions, your whole body will become stronger, your mind will become more educated, positive and motivated. From this, you will create the body shape you want.
NXT LVL sessions are 1 hour long, and structured into 8 week phases, with a full training programme designed and coached by myself and Sean O'Shea of Actin Fitness. So you will have two fantastic coaches at your disposal, helping you and supporting you.
You will learn the skills and knowledge you need to succeed, delivered through our coaching, whilst getting the intensity of a class in the workouts.
The session's will start with focusing on a particular compound lift (E.G. Squats). Two small groups will be made so myself and Sam will focus on a separate small group at a time, coaching you through the given techniques.
We'll then bring you all together, and will be put through a conditioning circuit using weight based exercises for both upper body and lower body, and exercises that compliment the focused compound lift at the start.
At the end of each session, you'll be given take home content for both training and nutrition to support with your goals.
We are also offering an attendance PT reward for NXT LVL, where if you consecutively attend all 8 sessions in a given phase, we'll give you a completely free half hour PT session.
